DESCRIPTION OF THE LUHONA WATERPROOF CUSHION

Coussin fabrication

The cushion has a totally waterproof outside membrane (no stitching and seamless). Because of the technical nature of the foam used and also because of the air trapped inside, the cushion obtained is greatly comfortable.

Each cushion, shaped from a mould, is especially made according to the specifications. This allows a complete freedom of shape, look, comfort and colour

 

MATERIAL USED FOR THE WATERPROOF CUSHIONS

Cushions are composed of an elastomer complex made of three technical polyurethanes with different features. These components were developed by our laboratory in partnership with a big group specialized in the formulation of Polyurethanes.

  • Coussin étanche pour toutes les applicationsPainting: A coloured bicomponent Polyurethane coating (IMC – In Mould Coating) enables to get a very good resistance to ultraviolets and dirt.

  • Skin: The membrane which encapsulates the foam is made of a very soft polyurethane elastomer (1.5mm thick).

  • Foam: The long-lasting comfort is ensured by the highly resilient foam made of expanded Polyurethane (density: 60 Kg/m3)
